A cake smash is playful, messy, joyful — and absolutely adorable. It’s a wonderful way to preserve this once‑in‑a‑lifetime moment with colourful, expressive photos that you’ll treasure for years.

Cake smash photo sessions are great fun for both children and parents. Each session can be fully personalised with your baby’s favourite colours and theme. And if you’re unsure what theme to choose, I’m always happy to help you decide.
We will hand‑pick the perfect cake, backdrops, and props to make sure your setup is unique and tailored to your little one — no two sessions look the same. These photoshoots typically last 50 minutes to 1.5 hours, and every collection includes a FREE “non‑messy” mini portrait session at the beginning. This ensures you receive plenty of clean, classic images to choose from, and it also helps your baby get comfortable with the lights and the environment before the fun begins.
During the second half of the session, I’ll capture all the joyful chaos — eating, smashing, squishing, and making a delightful mess! Decorations and outfits are provided and included in the session fee. The cake can be ordered for an additional charge, or you’re welcome to bring your own.
For the smash portion, I have a wide selection of adorable outfits and rompers available, but you’re free to bring something special from home as well.
And to finish the session, we end with a mini splash bath, complete with bubbles and giggles — always a favourite part for the little ones 🙂
